Returns
You have 30 minutes to request a refund after the pick-up or delivery of your order if you find any issues with it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive your refund request and inspect the condition of your order, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as pizzas cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
